    1.Pour in a cup of boiling water (100 Celsius or 212 Fahrenheit) and then pre-heat food jar for 5- 10 minutes, this step is important.
    2.Pour your food into the food jar, close the lid , and enjoy our food anytime and anywhere.

    For Cold Food:
    1.Pour in a cup of Coldwater (Above of 0 Celsius or 2.12 Fahrenheit) and then pre-cold food jar for 5- 10 minutes, this step is important.
    2.Pour your food into the food jar, close the lid , and enjoy our food anytime and anywhere. Note: For safety, please cook Meat food first, then put it in the food jar!!!

    How to Use Food Jar for Simmering Food:
    1.Pour in a cup of boiling water (100°C or 212°F) and then preheat food jar for 5- 10 minutes, this step is important.
